All feedback forms are acknowledged by electronic response. All feedback is reviewed and concerns investigated by both the patient relations department and the manager responsible for the department that the feedback pertains to. Concerns may also be escalated internally to the Senior Leadership team. Aggregated feedback reports are reviewed monthly by the Quality Committee of the Board of Directors.
