How LACGH Handles Billing

LACGH offers a secure online payment portal for your convenience.

Pay your bill by accessing the Online Payment Portal
Please have your invoice or visit number and patient name ready.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and online banking.
Your transaction is processed securely to protect your information.
For any questions or issues with online payments, please contact our billing office (see below).

If you prefer to pay in person, by mail, or over the phone, we’re here to help:

In Person: You can pay by credit, debit, or cash at the Information Desk just inside the main entrance of the hospital, open Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
The Business Office is available for billing questions or to request a replacement invoice.
By Mail: Send a cheque or money order payable to “Lennox and Addington County General Hospital” to:

By Phone: Call our billing office at 613-354-3301 ext. 459 to make a payment with your credit card. Once the transaction is approved, we will mail you a receipt.
Interac e-transfer: You can Interac e-transfer and pay to ar@lacgh.napanee.on.ca. Please include the account number in the text message.

When will I receive my bill?

You will receive your bill after your hospital visit or discharge, either by mail or email (if requested).

Can I request a copy of my invoice?

Yes, please contact the billing office for assistance.
