About Our Home

The Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit at Lennox and Addington County General Hospital offers a fully air-conditioned, 22-bed home with spacious private and semi-private rooms, dining area, kitchen, gym, family lounge and chapel. All spaces are designed to provide comfort, dignity, and a true sense of community. Our setting brings together safety, medical support, and meaningful daily living in a friendly and secure environment.

Residents enjoy access to a wide range of on-site services, recreation programs, and health professionals, all under one roof. The Home has an interdisciplinary team of care providers to support residents and their caregivers including: a medical director, a nurse practitioner, nurses, an occupational therapist, physiotherapists, recreational therapists, dietitians, and social workers.

Accommodation

  • 3 Floors – 1st floor Redwood Villa, 2nd floor Elmwood & Oakwood Villas, 3rd floor Cedarwood Villa.

  • 32 Beds on each Villa, 128 beds in total.

  • 14 Basic, 50 Semi-Private, 64 Private.

*Rates as set by ministry. when paying for long-term care.

Temperature Monitoring: Our Home is fully air-conditioned. On-site maintenance staff monitor temperature variations and respond promptly to any deficiencies.
