Lennox & Addington County General Hospital (LACGH) is committed to putting patients and their families first. The Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC), established in 2015, represents the voices of our patients and their families.
The unique experiences, insights, and perspectives of these volunteer members are invaluable in helping us improve care. By partnering with the hospital, the Council ensures that patient and family needs and priorities are considered in all matters impacting their care.
This partnership fosters a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
