Basic Function and Scope:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team within the Long-Term Care Home. In this role, the RN serves as a trusted mentor and clinical resource, guiding team members while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about long-term care, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to supporting others in their professional development.

Hours of Work:
Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, and weekends), as required. Status: Part-Time (4 new vacancies)
Pay Rate:
$39.07-$56.00

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate of a Registered Nursing Program;
  • Current B.C.L.S Certification;
  • Current A.C.L.S. Certification;
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing.
  • Experience in long-term care, gerontology, or a related healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and resident-centred care.
  • The applicant must be able to meet the physical demands of this position.
