The Role
We are seeking passionate staff, physicians, and volunteers to join our EDI Committee. Committee members will work collaboratively to identify systemic barriers, recommend inclusive policies, and champion anti-racism and accessibility initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Attend and actively participate in quarterly committee meetings.
  • Help gather and analyze community feedback to improve healthcare equity.
  • Champion inclusion initiatives and foster a respectful, supportive environment across the hospital.

 

Qualifications

  • A strong commitment to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in healthcare.
  • Lived experience or professional background in working with underrepresented, marginalized, or equity-seeking groups is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • No previous formal EDI training is required—just a willingness to learn, listen, and drive positive change
